About these terms

These terms cover your use of the Modern Dog Academy website and the training I provide. Modern Dog Academy is run by Ryan James Llewellyn, Rock Street, Glynneath, Neath SA11 5EE. By using the site or booking training you accept them.

Information on this site

Everything on this site is general information about dog training and behaviour. It is not advice about your own dog. If you are worried about your dog, book a free call, or speak to your vet if your dog may be unwell or in pain.

Training and prices

The price of a program is tailored to the issues you are facing and the complexity of your dog, and is agreed with you before anything is booked. Programs can be paid for by bank transfer, payment link or Klarna. Training results depend on the dog and on the work done between sessions, so no particular outcome can be guaranteed.

Cancellation and refund policy

Full refund if canceled more than 72 hours prior to scheduled booking
50% refund between 71 and 25 hours prior to booking
ZERO refund if canceled 24 hours or less prior to scheduled booking.

If part of a program, rescheduling can be accommodated if more than 24 hours BEFORE scheduled booking.
If within 24 hours, that session will be deducted from remaining sessions and additional sessions will be priced at £125 each.

If full program cancellation 25 hours or more prior to first scheduled session, admin fee of £150 will be applied and remaining balance will be refunded.

If full program cancelled at any time from 24 hours Prior first scheduled session, an admin fee of £300 will be applied and remaining balance will then be refunded.

If program cancelled at any time after first scheduled session has been completed, an admin fee of £350 will be applied and an additional fee of £50 will be added for each session completed and any funds remaining will then be deducted.

The words, photos and videos on this site belong to Modern Dog Academy unless it says otherwise. Please do not copy them without permission. You are welcome to share links to any page.

I work hard to keep the site accurate and online, but I cannot promise it will always be free of errors or available. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
